Bitumen Primer, SBS Membrane & Protection Layer

Over levelled and cured PCC, we apply one coat of bitumen primer all along the surface and let it dry for 2-3 hours until it becomes tack free. Once the primer dries, we apply 4mm SBS membrane along horizontal and vertical surfaces, keeping a constant 100mm overlap throughout the area, followed by a second membrane layer applied the same way.

• Horizontal surfaces covered with a protection screed all along the surface
• Vertical surfaces protected with 3mm protection board, 100mm overlap
• Sub-structure waterproofing with torch-applied membrane & protection board
• Pile cap waterproofing treatment to prevent water ingress
