Over levelled and cured PCC, we apply one coat of bitumen primer and let it dry for 2-3 hours till tack-free. Once dry, we apply 4mm SBS membrane along horizontal and vertical surfaces, keeping a constant 100mm overlap. A second membrane layer follows the same method.

The roof slab is inspected and cleaned using compressed air. Polyurethane foam is spray-applied at an average thickness of 30–35mm across the entire roof, including up-stands to a height of max. 200mm, then brush-coated with rubberized bitumen and cured for 24 hours.
