The roof slab is inspected and confirmed acceptable for SPRS application. The roof is cleaned using compressed air to ensure the substrate is free of dust and debris, then polyurethane foam is spray-applied at an average thickness of 30-35mm over the entire roof area, including up-stands to a height of max. 200mm.

• Rubberized bitumen waterproof coating brushed over the entire foam area, cured 24 hours
• Flood test carried out for a minimum period of 24 hours
• Geotextile protection layer laid over the entire roof area
• Protective screed laid to a 1:20 slope to drain
• Flexible acrylic-cementitious top coat applied, cured 48 hours, then final inspection & 25-year warranty issued
